1/11/2012	On 12/23/11, I phoned Bob Cooper and informed him of the complaint. Bob checked his site and found that an employee had a spill from the transfer pit to the earthen basin and did not inform Bob. On 12/30/11, I met with Bob and Mike Dietrick, manager of site. We discussed proceedures to reduce the chance of a spill and DNR reporting requirements. Bob submitted a satisfactory plan of action to prevent spills and employee training. On 01/11/12, I left a message for Greg Wellman, complainant's employer, of the situation. No further action is required at this time.	TOM MCCARTHY
