6/4/2024	I spoke with the owner on 9/14/23 who said they had stockpiled the compost on the edge of the field with the intention of land applying it. I discussed with him that all of the soft tissue needed to be gone, or fully composted prior to stockpiling of land application and that it would be best to cover the pile again until it is fully composted and then land apply which he agreed to do. No further action required.	BERT NOLL
