12/21/2015	I visited the field location and observed no violations. No indication of a water quality violation in the nearby stream. I contacted Mr. Johannes and discussed the complaint. Manure was surface applied on that field on Saturday (2,000 gallons) due to the pits getting full. They (P&J Johannes Co.) were certified and applied to the more level areas below the terraces and that the plan allowed surface application. I contacted Pinnacle to discuss. As this site does not have a matrix, no points were given for surface application. They indicated they would update the MMP to reflect which fields may be surface applied in the future.	ERIN OGLE
