8/23/2013	Visited stockpiling site 8/21/2013. Smell very bad, but observed no separation distance violations. Trucking company - DUSTAR Trucking, Lonnie Ostermyer was trucker - 13322CMSR - had his card and was certified. He had the signage for his truck with him in the cab, but said that the magnet did not hold, so he was going to tape it on. I told him to do so ASAP. This facility has a 200-A permit.	BRANDON MINER
