5/24/2011	5/24/11 - Met Bill Couser and looked at his stock piling at the SE corner of 180th St. and 610th Ave., corner of the corn field. The stock pile is about a 125 yards long and maybe 15 feet wide. The 1/3 west end of the pile confinement manure and the other 2/3's is open lot manure. Did not see any rune off into the near by ditches or observe any tile intakes. Measured the NE corner of the pile to the neighbor to the east and they are 1,165 feet but this east end of the pile is open lot manure so no seperation distance. Distance to the confinement manure well over the 1,250. Distance to the neighbor to the north is about 2,000 feet, the water source to the west is over 1,632 feet and the neighbor to west is even further than the 1,632 feet. Bill indicated that they stopped applying in April and will start applying in September this year, which will meet the six month storage. Bill indicated that after today he stop stock piling here and put corn stocks on top of the pile. Will stock piling in a different spot.	JEFF THEOBALD
