11/20/2015	Visited site on 11/20/2015. There was some fat on the stormwater grate located at the plant on old Hwy 20. I did not view the intake inside the plant - in the "courtyard" as Mr. Jack Wolf said due to the explosion the day before, that the area was blocked off. Mr. Wolf said that employees fished a "couple five gallon buckets" of solidifed fat out of the drainage ditch - tile outlets approximately 1 1/2 miles southwest of Lytton. Mr. Wolf said that explostion caused fat to flow off the roof to intakes. I did not observe any fat in the area of tile outlet or the drainage ditch. Because of the explosion at the plant and employees were injured, an inspection will be performed at the plant at a later time in the near future.	BRANDON MINER
