7/5/2023	I returned on June 12th to verify the complaint and the lack of maintenance. I met with Tim Murray and we visited with Stacy Braden - Director of Operations and Brenden Goellnitz - Production Manager. Mr. Gellnitz indicated that daily, weekly and monthly maintenance is being conducted as part of the operation permit requires. Tim and I walked the property and two bag houses on the south end of the plant are having issues.	RYAN STOUDER
7/5/2023	On May 24, 2023 I conducted a complaint investigation. I met with Tim Murray and he provided a walk through and we discussed the nature of the complaint and the efforts of maintenance of the various bag houses. The main maintenance personel were not available at the time of the compliant investigation.	RYAN STOUDER
