1/21/2014 On Tuesday, January 21, 2014 I called Donna Winburn. I explained that I had talked to Travis Slusher with Fremont Farms and he had located a stockpile on the line between Pleasant Twp., Sec. 4 and Malcom Twp., Sec. 33. The manure stockpile was supposed to have been land applied on Friday, January 17, 2014. Donna said she had been in the area over the weekend and the stockpile Travis described was no longer there. Donna and I also discussed several other concerns she had with the proposed expansions of Fremont Farms and Poweshiek County Pullets and the Master Matrix submitted for those expansions. BILL GIBBONS
