2/17/2016	Ben called this morning to confirm they are applying the chicken manure this morning, reminded him to avoid any issues with run-off into a water of the state.	JEFF THEOBALD
2/17/2016	Determined from TJ Studyvin (Fremont) that the chicken manure that was stocked piled was sold to Nutrient Farms (Ben Phillips 641-590-0328). He was unaware of where they had put the manure and he was trying his best to get someone there by tomorrow to apply it. Told the complainant that since the manure falls under 200A IDALs, there were no separation distances to neighbors and from her description of where the manure was place it met all the separation distances for 200A. Told her to contact IDALs with further concerns which she did (she talked to Neal Vaughn and I talked to him to.	JEFF THEOBALD
