10/13/2010	Checked complainant's residence and neighbors that were closer to the power plant. Owner only notices deposition of material on surfaces. He does not see it in the air. Deposition I noted was extremely thin. No recent rains. I talked to Andy Johnson of IP. He said that they have to add water to get the coal to flow correctly while moving it into the coal piles.
