7/18/2018	I reviewed the Daybreak Foods monthly operation report and no use of the pivot was reported during the month of June.	JEREMY KLATT
7/12/2018	At 1:30 pm, I stopped at the bridge crossing and measured pH, ammonia, and dissolved oxygen. All tests were normal (7.5, <0.1 ppm, 9 ppm). No abnormal foaming, bubbles, or discoloration was noted. I conducted the same measurements on the bridge crossing upstream of the Daybreak Food property (310th St. bridge) and found similar results (7.4, <0.1 ppm, and 9 ppm). I observed that the center pivot for the Daybreak Foods wastewater application field was not in operation at the time of my inspection. No further action required.	JEREMY KLATT
