1/16/2025	On 1/14/25 I met with owner Randy Young and conducted an inspection of this facility. I did not observe any broken CRTs outside. Mr. Young believed he had been given permission this Department to store unprocessed discarded CRTs (TVs etc.) outside if they were on pallets and shrink wrapped and had a letter from EPA stating they considered this storage method "secure". He communicated with this Department during the rule revision and was informed we would be no more strict than EPA. At this time he as moved are unprocessed CRTs inside and DM SW Section will discuss and make a final determination. He will keep them inside unless a determination is made that this is allowed.
