5/4/2023	As this facility was on the inspection list anyway, I completed a full WW inspection on 5/3/2023. The current permit, issued 4/1/2021, no longer includes restrictions for wind speed during application or pooling/ponding in the application field, so no violations were noted regarding the application timing/method/conditions. I responded to the complainant via email and provided a copy of the current permit.	SHEILA BLY
