10/14/2015	The complainant submitted a photo showing the road wetted from the center pivot on October 9. Shane Menefee contacted me on October 9 and 10 regarding the incident and indicated that Michael Foods inspected the pivot after receiving a call from the complainant and confirmed that the end gun was spraying the road. Adjustments were made to the programming of the end gun to prevent future issues. I observed the pivot in operation on October 14 and found no evidence that the road was being sprayed. An NOV will be sent to Michael Foods regarding the October 9th violation.	JEREMY KLATT
