I have forwarded your concerns to the Des Moines Water Works director of distribution for follow up also. If you would like to contact them directly, try John Lins at 515-323-6234. Please contact me if you would like to discuss further. I can come out to measure chlorine residuals in your water, but on a grab sample we only have minimum chlorine values they have to comply with.
