4/9/2019	Previous visit 3/27/19 by Sheila Kenny documented a general water quality violation for objectionable color in the receiving stream. Rembrandt Enterprises determined that the discoloration is caused by high populations of bacteria from the Pedobacter genus and they are working with ISG to find a solution and resolve the violation. An NOV was sent 4/4/19 requiring a written response by 5/15/19. See visit #134059.	SHEILA KENNY
