12/29/2024	Site was visited and minimal to litter offsite and the onsite area only appeared to have minimal around the working face. Complainant is upset with Dave, because he was no longer allowed to bring dump trucks of dirt onsite if 13-14yr old kids were going to be driving the dump trucks. In the past if litter was going offsite to complainant's property, the landfill was notified and would recover any debris/litter found. Due to this complaint Dave stated he was going to ask the board for approval to install a high fence and gate on the East side of the property to further prevent litter from leaving the site.
