8/26/2024	After over ten inches of rain last week, leachate was being pumped from Phase 3 into the SE stormwater basin. Water being discharged from the basin was dark and had a septic odor. I collected sampled and found it contaminated (see the attached lab report). I also conducted a scheduled landfill inspection where details can be found. This matter is being referred.	BILL GROSS
