6/2/2010	Conducted an unanounced visit to the site on 5/27/10 and met with Jerry Osten, Landfill Operator. It was noted that almost all the material coming into the site from the flood and Sinclair demolitions were considered to be asbestos containing materials. Landfill operators are handling the material in accordance with DNR requirements. Material will be watered if necessary to control dust and all material will be covered with soil by the end of the day.	JOE SANFILIPPO
