2/4/2010	Left message with Brian Bowman, city of Waterloo @319/291-4553 saying I visited site and didn't note any violations.	BRIAN JERGENSON
2/2/2010	Visited and observed site. Address of site is 1001 Newell and Randy Rovang owns property. Wood waste comes here from Omega Cabinets and John Deere where it is deposited on the ground and then transfered to his facility in West Union a day or two later. I did not observe any environmental violations associated with this activity. I spoke with Steve Hoppenworth (319/230-4455) who owns the adjacent pallet company at 907 Ricker and manages Randy's property for him. Steve said the city has been in and out of the lot the last few days, but did not stop to speak with him. I indicated to Steve and to Randy the city may have requirements on their end.
