7/2/2014 6/10/2014 I contacted John Klostermann, City of Dubuque Streets/Sewer Maintenance Supervisor. He inspected the site and took some samples up stream and down stream of the siphon. I visited the site on June 12, 2014 accompanied by Mr. Klostermann. We observed that there was a contractor installing storm sewer piping in the area where the interceptor swer crosses Catfish Creek and where the cross stream siphon is located. There was no visible evidence of sewage at the time of our visit. In a letter dated June 23, 2014, Mr, Klostermann reported the results of his samples collected on June 10, 2014. The letter is attached. The samples do not appear to indicate that sewage is leaking from the inteceptor line or the cross stream siphon. SUSAN MILLER
