9/10/2024	The site location is 3490 Keystone Dr., not 3490 Keyway. A 12" sanitary sewer main broke in Catfish Creek on 8/27/2024. Seventy feet of ductile sewer main encased with reinforced concrete was repaired on 8/28/2024. This sanitary sewer bypass was reported to the FO on 8/27/2024 at 2:08 PM (see bypass report). No dead fish or aquatic invertebrates, or water quality violation was observed.	MATT CALVERT
