10/15/2018	I phoned Willy O'Brien of DBQ STP and explained the situation. Ron G of the STP looked at the site and stated the pipe was ~5 ft. away from the stream. He noted groundwater seeping into the stream, but no sewage discharge. He took samples to double check on a sewage leak. I left a message for the complainant. NFA	TOM MCCARTHY
