1/4/2011	1/3/11 - Talked to Dennis Meinecke of Tyson about the complaint and he indicated that they had applied on a field along Highway 141 (SW¼, SW¼, Section 12, Dallas Twp.), on the north side of the road, Allen Neese did the application. Allen indicated that he talked to Ted about his application before he applied and reviewed the rules and separation distances and taking precautions with the application on snow covered grounds. Allen also indicated that they where disking or roughing up the ground as they applied to help with the any run-off. 1/4/11 – Talked to David Goodner about what I had found out.
