4/12/2022 Brian Lemke, Public Works Director indicated that complainant call them too. He has a volunteer group looking to walk the bypass roadside to remove litter. He has bags and all. So he will direct them to walk that section towards the landfill. He'll consider utilizing community service required folks to periodically walk that stretch along 13th Avenue North. And if his part time staff are in the area to dig out bigger items as they are heading to the landfill anyway. RYAN STOUDER
4/7/2022 On April 7, 2022 I contacted the City of Clinton Streets Department regarding the complaint of debris and litter along 13 Avenue N, which leads to the Landfill. The receptionist took my message and passed along the information to her supervisors to discuss. They will call me back later to share their plans. RYAN STOUDER
4/7/2022 On April 7, 2022 I contacted Brad Seward, Landfill Director regarding the complaint. Brad indicated that the landfill imposes fines for under covered loads coming to the landfill. He has litter collection on and around the landfill, but the road way would be on the City or County. RYAN STOUDER
