2/1/2010	I made a site visit to the Cherokee County SLF on 6/16/09 and looked at litter cleanup and stacks at the densified refuse derived fuel (drdf) pelletizer that is now in operation. The litter was not a problem and the stack on the bio mass burner had an opacity of more than 20 percent. Stack test of this newly installed equipment is scheduled for July 2009.	BRYON WHITING
