10/27/2023	I contacted the facility the following morning as no excess emission report had been made. Rachel Glaza explained that after looking back over the records, their CPMS did show an opacity exceedance during that timeframe. Maintenance was then performed on the ESP on 10/18/23 and the CPMS returned to permitted ranges. I also observed the stack on the afternoon of 10/18/23 and only vapor was visible in the plume. An NOV will be issued for failure to report the excess emissions.	DAVID KNOLL
