4/27/2011	We do not regulate waste haulers, but handle through tonnage fees and waste reduction goals for landfills. I recommended Herb call Leslie Goldsmith in DNR Central Office as she works with comp. plans. I also emailed Leslie to let her know Herb may be contacting her.	BRIAN JERGENSON
