3/21/2018	New Heaven in Manly had been taking wastewater to the Mason City Wastewater Plant. USEPA wanted to know if they had a Treatment Agreement. Called Barb Wood and she said yes, but they weren't ever going to take any again because it upset the plant.	DAVID MILLER
