10/28/2009	Jim Michaelson called to ask if they could put down activated charcoal on the area they had excavated between the old tile outfall and where they had constructed the dike to stop the spill. He said that their agronomist thought that this would be a way to tie up any atrazine they might have missed during the excavation process. I told him that I had no problem with them putting down activated charcoal.	GLENN CARPER
