3/15/2018 Per the request of Joey Phillips, CHS, a meeting was held to discuss the existing remediation system that has been handled with DNR contaminated sites and the recent diesel spill. CHS will follow up with the most recent soil samples that has occurred under the large tank. Additionally, CHS would like to combine the efforts with this spill under with contaminated sites with the existing remediation system. However, the remediation outline shows that the impacted tank is not within the footprint and further south. Additionally, there are no monitoring wells near the tank. CHS will submit their proposal at which time we'll review and decide how to move forward. However, at a minimum, groundwater monitoring should be installed south and west of the impacted tank.
