3/8/2018	Perry Dargitz (Lehigh Cement) and I met again on February 14, 2018, to review the information he has now collected. Perry provided multiple tracking spreadsheets that had been completed for the missing record keeping information for the previous two years. Perry reported that there has not been any actual operating limits violations during this time period. There were a couple records the facility was unable to retrieve (generator operating hours), but the vast majority was provided. I have not completed my review of the data, but it appears that the requested information has now been submitted to FO2 as agreed upon. I inquired about whether the level of record keeping he had now provided would be sustainable. Perry stated Lehigh has contracted with Spectrum Environmental Sciences (Frederick, MD) to assist with the record keeping requirements. He believes the system they now have in place internally as well as through Spectrum will allow them to maintain compliance. I will continue my review of the information and also follow-up again with the facility in a couple months to see if they are staying on track with the record keeping.	DAVID KNOLL
