2/21/2018 2/7/2018 1420 Lisa Walker with Mears Fertilizer called regarding HSI # 013118-JPR-1530 which was a continuous release called in to account for fertilizer production at the Eldon Stutsman facility in Hills. She indicated that the facility only made fertilizer for 6 of the 9 cars total and so the amount of anhydrous ammonia released over that incident was down from 1320 pounds to 908. They had planned to have fertilizer production go from 1/31/2018 at 1900 through 2100 on 2/8/2018. Instead they finished up on 2/2/2018 at 0300. I adjusted the amount on the emergency response database under incident number 013118-JPR-1530 and included the other pertinent information. JON RYK
