3/19/2018	Heisel provided the written response for the below incident	TERRY JONES
2/16/2018	Heisel contacted FO#6 to inform us he just received results (within 24 hours) from lab to showed JBS had a daily maximum discharge for N of 195 mg/L (limit is 194) and their 30-day average limited of 134 mg/L by .29 mg/L. Requested Heisel provide a written summary. Since results are minimal and suspected to be within allowable deviations, no plans ot submit an NOV for exceedances but will record that Heisel notified the office of the deviations.	TERRY JONES
