2/13/2018	In reviewing the facility's MORs, I noticed the manganese test results were very high. I contacted Tim and left a message explaining I would like to discuss the data. Tim called back a few days later and explained he had accidentally been using a magnesium test kit rather than a manganese test kit. He stated he now had acquired the correct kit and had taken his first reading, which was 0. No further action needed at this time.	DAVID KNOLL
