2/12/2018	Ms. Elliott called in to vent about the odor and particulates coming out of the pit fans of this AFO after having gone to the trouble of photographing a discolored icicle hanging from one of the fan casings. I explained that the discoloration of the ice was due to particulates (aka dust) that are exhausting with water vapor from the building and that this does not constitute a violation under the rules.
