2/9/2018	I called Perry to request an update on the facility's efforts to resolve the multiple deficiencies identified during the last TV inspection. In a previous meeting with Perry, it was discussed that Lehigh would be contracting with consultants to help implement the required tracking and record keeping. The follow-up letter from Lehigh stated these items would be in place by February 15th. Perry reported they have made good progress on collecting the needed information. He needs to supply the data to the consultants so they can enter it into the spreadsheets that have been developed. Perry stated they are on track to have everything in place by the agreed upon date (15th). I explained it was important for the facility to complete these activities by the 15th as the Field Office is considering further enforcement action.	DAVID KNOLL
