2/7/2018	Mae called to discuss a letter Monsanto originally sent DNR FO6 dated 11/27/17 regarding excess emission reporting on a dust collector that experienced an upset that created visible emissions. After a long discussion and with some input from AQB, we decided that Mae would resend the letter and not make it an excess emission report. We didn't feel as though, due to the conditions of the incident, that they exceeded emission limits.	KURT LEVETZOW
