2/6/2018 2/2/2018 1044: Received a call from Lisa Walter with Mears Fertilizer regarding the HSI incident (continuous release) that she called in on January 31, 2018. She informed me that the contractor left for the week and she was not sure if they would be back the following week to finish the fertilizer production. She indicated that they had released 908 pounds of the estimated 1362 pounds of anhydrous ammonia that was anticipated for the whole job. She wanted to know if she should just modify the original HSI and then call in a new one when they come back. I asked that she call me the following week if they do not come back and finish by 9 PM on February 8, 2018 as was indicated in the 1/31/18 HSI report and I will modify the HSI report to show the 908 pounds released and then just call in a new HSI when the come back to do the remaining fertilizer production.
