1/26/2018	Alan called wondering if I received another complaint about Cargill cleanup waste disposal. I told him about a call from Dave Heatherly yesterday about Chillicothe waste, but indicated it was not a waste if it passed testing ans was used for waste cover. I told him I had not received any reports about cargill. Alan said he thought it was about a cleanup that occurred a couple years ago. [Cargill in now in the Mahaska Co. SLF planning area.
