1/17/2018	Brian called to inform that the lab did not analyze chloride for December. I told him "lab error" could be selected on the DMR. He also only collected one E. coli sample (not a minimum of 2) during his 14 day December discharge. The result was 20,000 #/100mL, but it was out of disinfection season.	BRIAN LEE
