1/9/2018	Voicemail from Mr. Cherko to inform the FO that the normal location for collecting effluent samples has iced over and created what he feels is an unsafe condition for samples to be collected. Instead they will collect samples from a manhole downstream from this location. Mr. Cherko stated that he felt that this location does not produce as accurate a representation as the usual location but that it is safer for staff collecting the sample.	JERRY JORDISON
