1/4/2018	Julia called to discuss her new WS operation permit for the eagle grove complex. She did not agree with the population increase to 190 causing an increase in monitoring sites from their high copper levels. I explained that the facility returned to standard monitoring and because of the population increase as a result of the Biosecurity building the standard monitoring increases from 5 to 10 sites. The population threshold was 101 people and that the population number would include visitors and employees. However once they have 2 good cycles of lead and copper samples they would return to the reduced frequency of 5 sites.	CARL BERG
