12/13/2017	Brian called and stated that the Des Moines WRA has its own pretreatment program so they would not use the DNR pretreatment form for leachate. I told him WRD just needs proof that leachate can be brought there. He said WRA will be used along with the Corning POTW.	BILL GROSS
