12/12/2017	Rose informed me that they will not be sending the cooling water to the City. I confirmed this with the City of Fairfield (Shawn Worley). They will maintain the permit so we went over the sampling and reporting requirements. I provided permit required info and certified lab info as well as recommendations for data collection and reporting.	BRIAN LEE
