10/27/2017	In response to receiving this weeks photos of the working face (as required by ACO), i noticed the new tarp wasn't completely covering the working face's trash. I looked at their SDP permit which condition 10g states that it much provide "thorough" coverage, which also means complete coverage. So i emailed Brad Seward and left a voice message with Brock Swan informing them both that if the tarp isn't going to completely cover waste, dirt needs added to the trash along the edges or the working face must be kept smaller.
