10/18/2017 I contacted Mr. Jon Haman by phone and notified him that the recent storm water inspection report was emailed and mailed to him. He stated that the discharge noted on the 11th was ceased by approximately 10:30 am. He also noted that the containment dike had been enhanced. No discharges had occurred since the 11th. On October 19 and 20 a field tile will be placed at the site as per the wastewater DNR permit. Water from 300 acres up-gradient of the site will be diverted through a field tile. Tile activity will also occur below the site on the Meyer property. RICK MARTENS
