10/22/2009	Phone conversation. Told Gene he is not currently permitted to pump from basin to pit, only from pit to basin or to either end of pit. He claimed that he was already permitted to pump from basin to pit, I told him I did not see where that was included in the 2006 construction permit. He said that they have to do something before freeze-up or they will be in a bind because the concrete pit in it's current state is unmanageable.	BRANDON MINER
