10/5/2017 9/18.17 Makenzie and Rose from Faircast visited the office to go over compliance status including wastewater. We discussed their permit and the current status of the facility. They believed the discharge was connected to the City, but after the city of Fairfield was consulted, it was determined that the connection has not been made. The facility wishes to connect the existing ww discharge to the city. Shawn Worley will provide assistance. I emailed Makenzie today (10/5/17) and told them that their wastewater and storm water permit info has been updated. I previously told her to contact me if any changes are made. I indicated in the email that I will follow up around November 1 to assess the wastewater transition. BRIAN LEE
