10/4/2017	Call from Mr. Cherko regarding the NOV that this facility reveived. He stated that several reasons contributed to the NOV including; 2 aerators were out of service so the DO was down and the treatment was not as effective, there were some really high influent BOD5s right at that time, and the Pilot Travel Center had not maintained their trease trap and it was overflowing. He added that the grease trap has since been taken care of.	JERRY JORDISON
